When Is The Insurance Effective Insurance shall commence on the FIRST of the month following the receipt of ONE MONTHS' payment. If Benefits Unlimited receives the payment by the 15th, coverage will start the first of the following month. Coverage shall continue for as long as the payment is received by the plan.
